    The problem is the US Airways purchasing team. They outsource the baggage handling and there is only one person left in procurment to assure the baggage handling vendor is providing good customer service. And her husbands an asshole.

    The last time I flew US Airways, I had the misfortune to discover that they have the worst lost luggage rate of any major carrier in the US. More here:
